The association FAMILIA AUSTRIA relies as voluntary workers club on the support of its members and employees, especially in the creation of extensive databases.

For the lawful use of original sources or transmission of data through its employees FAMILIA AUSTRIA can assume no liability. If FAMILIA AUSTRIA become aware of illegally obtained data, it will be removed promptly.
Terms of Use

The association FAMILIA Austria "Austrian Society for Genealogy and History" (hereinafter "FAMILIA AUSTRIA") provides its members for the duration of their membership as well as the staff at club projects (members and employees, "User" hereinafter for short) without further consideration through its web portal diverse data of genealogical and historical nature, notes and texts (hereafter called data) are available.

By logging into the system, the user agrees to the following conditions of use and agrees to comply with them:

    The user has the non-transferable right to search in the databases of FAMILIA AUSTRIA and to use the data for private use.
